Step onto the footplate of one of our steam locomotives and join our experienced crews for a 7 mile trip up the Railway from Tywyn to Nant Gwernol.

Take in the sights, smells and sounds with a unique view of the Railway - that has been running since 1865.

Purchase this gift experience and the recipient will get 12 months to book a memorable trip. Footplate experiences are available on most days, but must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. Your experience will also include a rover ticket for that day.

The participant must be aged over 18 years, be reasonably fit and in good health, wear suitable clothing including strong shoes/boots (full information supplied).

Please note - this is a ride only, you do not take control of the loco at any time.
